Also when we entered a multiple offer situation, she helped give us hints on how to make our offer stand out. She was able to secure the inspection in a short window frame of time and encouraged us in other areas to help our offer-again, never being pushy, just gentle suggestions. We have since used her again for another purchase. Again, I am blown away by her organizational skills, her ability to put us first, how in-tune she is to our needs and wants, and how she goes to great lengths to keep us happy and successful as her clients!
